Do you have minimum order quantities?

No. There is no minimum order requirement. Order one MicroKeychain or a few hundred — the craftsmanship is the same.

What products can I order custom?

MicroKeychain, MicroMagnet, MicroPin, MicroCharm, Flexible Patches, and Challenge Coins. Currently the MicroKeychain is sold ready-to-ship in the catalog — the others are custom-order for now. Pick your product type on the custom order form.

Is there a design fee?

Yes. There is a one-time $25 design fee per unique patch design. It covers digital prep, color matching, proofing, and tooling.

Is the design fee per item?

No. The design fee is charged once per unique patch design. Once a design is set up, reorders of the same patch don't pay it again.

Where are products made?

Made in Phoenix, Arizona, USA. Designed, 3D-printed, UV-cured, and shipped from one workshop.

Who owns MicroPatches?

MicroPatches is active law enforcement owned — run by an active-duty officer who wears the same kind of patches we make.

How long does a custom order take?

Typical turnaround is 2–4 weeks after design approval. We'll confirm a timeline on your Shopify invoice.

How is checkout handled?

All orders are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. Standard orders go through the storefront; custom orders are invoiced via Shopify after we review your request.

What patches won't you make?

Licensed sports or entertainment IP, federal seals without authorization, patches whose ownership we can't verify, or anything offensive to those who serve. If in doubt, ask first.
